Refund Policy

The customer is permitted to claim a refund from ZAG Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for :

  1. False Service
  2. Incomplete job

Customers can send a mail to hello@zag-innovations.com within 3 days from the day of job delivery with the subject line “Job Reference #-Complaint Category”. ZAG Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. team will register the complaint and share the complaint number within 24 hours via mail/ text message. The customer will receive the final status of the claim within 7 working days via mail. If the refund request is approved by ZAG Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. grievance redressal officer, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s wallet within 48 hours (excluding holidays). ZAG Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve or decline a refund request; the refund claim will be processed by gathering information about job delivery from the service provider. The status of the claim will be shared along with the reason for approval/decline with the customer via registered e-mail id
